52 Blocks: Razor Technique

The video isn't explicitly about the razor technique, but I thought it was very interesting. I've heard about people spitting razors, but I've never actually seen anyone demonstrate and explain. Some day I'd like to meet Hassan YGiant, he;s the founder of Bartendaz Physical Fitness Workout Program, it is from what I've seen an excellent natural method of exercise. I'll blog this next!

This is great documentary and a rare glimpse at a secretive African American Martial Art. From my perspective it seems to boxing taken to its practical extreme, moving it away from its high rigid sport form and back to what it should be, a martial art! I like the blocks, defensive strategy and philosophy, also the angles are excellent.

Kalari or Kalaripayattu of ancient India is one of the world’s oldest martial arts. Infact, it is the mother of all asian martial arts. Ancient buddhist monks who travelled from India to China to spread buddhism are said to have taught these martial arts to the Chinese.

Eating Molten Lead

I came across this on youtube and its just ridiuculous! The first guy is eating molten lead, the other breaks concrete with his head and the last is hammering nails in a board with his hand and then pulls it out with his teeth!
